So you want to purchase your first firearm?
This is the very first stop on your journey into firearms ownership in the commonwealth. Anyone looking to own, possess or carry a firearm in MA must attend a firearms course recognized by the Massachusetts State Police. At Boston Licensing Group we pride ourselves on being transparent and knowledgeable in the application process and laws. We have helped educate thousands of Massachusetts residents on firearms safety and shooting fundamentals.

Derek has been instructing licensing courses since 2017. His no nonsense, tell it how it is style of teaching has helped to keep students grounded and sets them up for success. A competitive shooter and practical shooting instructor. Derek offers private live fire lessons in southern NH.

Minh excels at instruction and makes great connections with his students. An avid supporter of the second amendment and recreational shooter.
HOME FIREARMS SAFETY COURSE
Outstanding Quality
This is the MA State Police approved course required to get your LTC(license to carry) in Massachusetts. This class runs typically for 3.5hrs. It will cover everything from safety rules and laws to the basic fundamentals of shooting and common knowledge regarding parts.
